All orders placed on My Wonder Cart are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in processing their order.
Shipping Locations
Currently, My Wonder Cart ships to most locations across India. We are constantly working to expand our delivery network. If your location is not serviceable at the time of checkout, you will be informed before completing your purchase.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product weight, and order value. From time to time, My Wonder Cart may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified amount. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website. If you face any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at your provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take utmost care in packaging your products. However, if you receive a damaged product or if your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order ID and relevant details so we can assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. My Wonder Cart is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
